The Covid-19 pandemic has made it harder and harder to meet with each other in person. This is especially impactful in the Real Estate industry, which is so relationship driven.
Greg Wand needed a video to help introduce himself to his potential clients. He needed them to know that he would take care of them and treat them as people, rather than another sales opportunity. He also needed them to know him as more that just a voice on the other end of the phone, but a real person who was on their side.
- THE PRODUCTION -
We shot this video in a recognizable local park, visually emphasizing the idea of Greg's local roots and love for the city he serves.
An early morning "Golden Hour" film shoot meant that the lighting was in our favour - the sunrise was shining through the trees giving off some beautiful lens flares, and making the colours pop for our footage!
Greg walked and talked to the camera a number of times, allowing us to get all the shots and angles needed to put this together.

Greg's new introduction video highlights his local roots, and his passion for helping people make the best decision possible for their future.
The video is attached to Greg's email signatures, and is linked on his website, so potential clients can watch it and see how it will be to work with Greg on their buying or selling journey.
